Five smart ways to pay with ePassi

How do I use my ePassi?

1. Use the ePassi search engine to find different venues.
2. Check to see which of the ePassi payment methods the venue accepts.
3. The venue of use will give you further instructions on how to make the payment when you tell them that you will be paying with ePassi.
4. You will receive a receipt of the payment via SMS.

PAY AT CHECKOUT

1. Tell the cashier that you want to pay using ePassi.
2. You will be asked for your phone number, which will be used to charge your ePassi. You will be asked to tell your phone number, which will be used to charge your ePassi account.
3. Your identity will be verified at checkout, so you will also need to have an official means of identification with you.

PAY WITH MOBILE APP

1. Use the “Select facility” feature to search for the user site in question.
2. Select one of the suggested prices or define the amount of the payment yourself.
3. Tap the “Pay” button and confirm the payment.

The ePassi app lists only those venues of use that have accepted the app as a means of payment. You can download the app from your smartphone’s application store.

The payment must be made at the venue of use, and the receipt should be shown to the cashier within 15 minutes after the purchase.

PAY BY CALLING

1. Ask the cashier for the five-digit ePassi code of the desired service.
2. Call the number 0200 49000 and follow the instructions.
3. When requested, dial the ePassi code you have received.
4. Make sure that the sum of your purchase is correct, and confirm the payment by pressing the # key.
5. Show the SMS receipt to the cashier.

Call-based payments must be made at the venue of use, and the receipt should be shown to the cashier within 15 minutes after the purchase.

NB! The payments made with a phone call can be done with the app, too. So, if you have a smartphone use the app to make the payment.

PAY ONLINE

1. Log in to the ePassi web service with your user name and password.
2. Choose “Online payment” from the page menu.
3. Enter the name of the service provider in the field labelled “Select a service provider”.
4. Enter the amount of payment in euros.
5. Enter the membership number, reference number or service description you received from the venue of use.
6. Click on the “Pay” button that appears once you have filled in all the required information.
7. Sign the incoming e-mail receipt and deliver it to the venue of use.

All service providers do not accept ePassi online payments, but they might accept, for instance, payments made with the app. If you cannot find the venue of use after entering its name in the section labelled “Choose a service provider”, the service provider has not chosen online payment as a valid payment method.

PAY USING AN INVOICE

1. Log in to the ePassi web service with your user name and password.
2. Choose “Online payment” from the page menu.
3. Enter the name of the service provider in the field labelled “Select a service provider”.
4. When the venue of use is not found in the menu, choose “Pay using an invoice”.
5. Fill in the required fields and attach a copy of the invoice.
6. Click on the “Pay” button that appears once you have filled in all the required information.

The invoice should include your name, the service description or reference number, sum and date. The sum will be deducted from your ePassi account once we have contacted the service provider and they have agreed that ePassi can pay the invoice.

There should be at least seven days to the due date of the invoice. We do not accept invoices that have fewer days until the due date.
